MAD’s Education Department creates opportunities for all audiences to celebrate the experimental practices of modern and contemporary artists, designers, and craftspeople.

Join us for enriching workshops, demonstrations, talks, symposia, films, performances and classes for museum visitors of all ages.

Education programs at MAD are supported by The Windgate Foundation, The William Randolph Hearst Endowment Fund for Education and Outreach Programs, Keith Haring Foundation, The Pollack-Krasner Foundation, Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation, ConEdison, Cornelia T Bailey Foundation and individual donors. Programming is made possible in part by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature.
