Daniela Boni
Daniela Boni (Italy) trained as an interior designer, developing an acute sensitivity to materials, first experimenting with ephemeral spaces and furnishings and later applying this expertise to private and public interiors. Working with leather, her deep material knowledge informs her jewelry practice, focusing on craftsmanship and tactility.
Her series “Different Ornaments” emerges from a sustained exploration of nature and its generative force at once raw and profoundly beautiful. Rounded volumes and sinuous lines draw inspiration from living organisms, fruit, opening buds, wood, branches, roots, and seeds. Soft, flexible curves evoke the human body, underscoring the intimate relationship between organism and environment. Minerals serve as a visceral link between humanity and the earth. Each handmade jewel is conceived as a unique, unrepeatable sculptural work in which shape, material, and energy converge, transmitting strength, vitality, and a quiet sense of enchantment
