Colin Lynch
Colin Lynch (USA) is an accomplished glass sculptor who first studied traditional methods in Venice before continuing his education at the Corning Museum of Glass and at the Rhode Island School of Design. These formative experiences inform his nuanced approach to material, form, and color.
Each piece is crafted from borosilicate glass at a bench torch using the technique of lampworking. Solid rods and tubes are heated, shaped, and twisted into fluid, spherical forms, with color applied through what Lynch describes as a “flame-activated brush.” The result is jewelry that transforms molten glass into luminous, sculptural objects meant to be worn and cherished.
Founded in 2017 in New York City, Lynch’s studio fosters a mission to share the beauty of handmade glass through wearable art. Rooted in craftsmanship and storytelling, the brand bridges time-honored technique and contemporary design.
