Andrea de Navarrete
Andrea de Navarrete (Argentina) is a contemporary jewelry artist whose practice is grounded in sustained experimentation with techniques applied to unconventional materials. With a background in communication, and formal studies in jewelry design, she works at the intersection of design, material research, and sustainability.
Working under the name ADNJewelry, Andrea transforms discarded aluminum coffee capsules through entirely handcrafted, nonindustrial processes. By studying their physical behavior, resistance, and aesthetic potential, she reconfigures these everyday remnants into singular wearable forms. Her work explores the symbolic capacity of waste as a carrier of memory, time, and value, guided by principles of circular economy and material storytelling.
Influenced by conceptual design and contemporary art, her jewelry operates simultaneously as adornment and narrative object. Andrea’s work has been exhibited internationally, presented at fashion weeks, and recognized for sustainable innovation, including receiving the Argentine Seal of Good.
