Join artist collaborative Whoop Dee Doo in MAD’s Artist Studios as they create set pieces commissioned for the series Making a Scene: Objects for Performance.
During the course of this open studio period, visitors may drop in and learn from the members of Whoop Dee Doo about their use of artmaking as a learning tool to education and empower youth. Discover Whoop Dee Doo’s unique process firsthand as they continue work on a collaborative project with local teens to create a live variety show that will be performed live at the Museum on April 17 and 18, 2015.
Please review our health and safety protocols before you arrive. MAD strongly recommends all visitors six months and older are vaccinated against Covid-19 and visitors ages two and up wear face coverings, even if vaccinated. Thank you for your cooperation.
