Join Joe Nocella of 718 Cyclery for in studio demonstrations of how the spokes of a bike wheel are hand "laced" and then trued (evenly tightened) so that the wheel spins properly.
Joseph Nocella is the founder of 718 Cyclery, Inc, a Brooklyn workshop where he collaborates with customers to build the bicycle best suited to each rider. He is also a Registered Architect who works for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and teaches at the Pratt Institute.
