Opera (1987)
Dir: Dario Argento
107 min
DCP

When the leading actress of an avant-garde production of Macbeth is injured, Betty, her understudy, is thrown into the role. She soon learns that the opera house is being stalked by a masked assailant. In his homage to Phantom of the Opera, director Dario Argento delivers all the highlights of the Italian giallo genre-dreamy atmosphere, outlandish violence, and some of the most ambitious production of his career.

Looking for an excuse to dress to the nines? Opera house attire is encouraged!
