Julia Rothman teaches Surface Design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. She creates wallpapers, textiles, and more for Crate & Barrel, Hygge & West, Windham Fabrics, and other leading design companies. She is also the co-founder of Women Who Draw, an open directory of female professional illustrators, artists, and cartoonists with fellow illustrator Wendy MacNaughton, and has written and illustrated over ten books.
