"Slow looking" has long been a strategy used by museum educators to help visitors more deeply appreciate objects on view. In celebration of Slow Art Day, join MAD educators in a variety of programs that encourage a more memorable, multisensory experience that fosters discovery and the joy of looking at and loving art. Visitors are invited to join in performative movement-based activities and group discussions. Open to visitors of all ages and backgrounds. No reservations required.
