Jean Grisoni
Jean Grisoni was born in Algeria in 1950. Following his early career in typography, graphic design, visual media and accessories, he started designing and making fine jewelry in 1989 with a commission for the Paris Mint. Grisoni is a self-taught artist. Having designed for the major brands in the Place Vendôme and Avenue Montaigne, he turned his studio exclusively to the design and craft of unique creations in 2000.
His work has been shown in galleries and temporary exhibitions in Paris, New York, Lausanne, and Tokyo among others. Three books have been published on Grisoni’s work: Le design précieux de Jean Grisoni, Around the Mediterranean, and CHAÎNES de Jean Grisoni.
