Hungarian jewelry designer Orsolya Kecskés was born to a sculptor and a ceramic artist, and she grew up in a studio surrounded by various shapes, forms, and statues. This experience has inspired her works, which emphasize form. In the series presented at LOOT, she achieved the optimal technical solution to combine silver sheet and copper net, which she used to create different patterns and transform them into playful forms. Rather than provide a concrete point of reference, her works offer a sphere of free association in which the viewer may interpret the forms. Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind or part of a limited edition.
