Explore the art of shadow puppetry in a hands-on workshop inspired by the exhibitionShary Boyle: Outside the Palace of Me. Participants will use heavy cardstock paper and acetate to design and craft their own shadow puppets with a simple moving mechanism. The puppets will be illuminated on an overhead projector, giving everyone the opportunity to experiment with the art form’s magical effects with shadow and light.
This workshop is for ages eight and up.
