Craft a cardboard loom, illustrate a custom design, and weave your own tapestry with MAD Artist Studios residentDance Doyle.
Inspired by Doyle’s weaving practice, visitors will weave unconventional materials such as feathers and upcycled objects into their tapestries. All materials will be provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own found objects from home to include in their weavings.
On the second Thursday of every month, artists-in-residence in the Museum’sArtist Studioslead free drop-in workshops for visitors of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
