Join Aqeel Malcolm in the Artist Studios as he guides visitors in making hair jewelry using various textures of synthetic human hair.  Whether kinky, frizzy, nappy, wavy, curly, or straight, hair has a direct connection to the human body and our personal identities.  Visitors are invited to engage in conversations about the uses and history of hair and how it relates to their own identities.  Visitors will also have the option of learning how to weave with hair using cardboard looms.
