Exploring the merger of movement and visual works, Gwen Welliver continues her investigations into how mark-making and choreography can be used to blur figurative and nonfigurative approaches to anatomy, gender, age, and sexual orientation.
Further developing Welliver’s interplay between disciplines to explore human form, Welliver stages the works-in-progressBeasts and plots as a series of open and closed rehearsals.
