Join fiber artist J Hann for a cozy morning of mindful stitching! After learning how to thread a blunt needle, we will explore the art of embroidery using a hoop and beginner-friendly loose weave cloth. Painting with yarn and beads, we will create interesting shapes and textures in this hands-on guided practice.
Family Studio is a collaborative workshop for children ages five and up and their caregivers to learn, explore, and create together. Admission for children is free and children must be attended by a caregiver. Tickets for adults are required and include admission to the Museum. Space is limited.
