Join artist Jessica Stoller for an afternoon-long, hands-on workshop exploring the use of polymer clay to construct beaded narrative necklaces. Approaching the material with a sculptural and painterly sensibility, students will intertwine unlikely colors and stack bold strips of clay together to create beads, which will be strung together with materials such as glass, metal, and wood to construct linear personal stories.
All materials provided. No previous experience necessary.
