MAD birthday parties offer a creative, fun-filled celebration of your child’s special day!

Parties are designed for kids ages seven and up and include private rental of our light-filled studio classroom, a craft-themed art project led by a professional MAD artist educator, and options to add cake, pizza, and art-themed party favors. Our staff will take care of setup and cleanup so your family can enjoy the art-focused celebration!

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your party date.

All proceeds directly support the Museum’s school programs.

PRICING

All packages are for up to 15 kids (ages seven and up)

Base Package $1,400 (MAD members receive a 10% discount)

• Use of classroom space for two hours
• One-hour art project led by a MAD artist educator with all materials included
• Basic setup (decorations, plates, cups, utensils, napkins, paper table covering, water)
• Museum admission for attending kids, as well as parents and caretakers facilitating
• Staff setup and cleanup

Add-ons

• Birthday cake (no customization),  $50
• Pizza and beverages (four cheese pizzas, juice pouches), $90
• “Artist kit” premium party favors, $25 per child

Colorful Creature Cups

Ready to use your imagination? In this workshop, kids will use air-dry modeling material to sculpt their own trinket dish inspired by a creative creature!

Wonderful Wearable Art

From imaginative amulets to beautiful bracelets, wearable art is so much fun! In this workshop, kids will create their own artful jewelry using a foil embossing technique and sticky gems.
