Deborah Beck
Deborah Beck designs and makes environmentally conscious jewelry from a small workshop in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. To create her striking wearable art pieces, Beck collects single-use plastic litter that she finds on her daily walks along the river with her two Spanish rescue dogs. She recycles this by hand, forming her own repurposed raw material, which she refines and sets within recycled silver structures, inspired by the straight lines and shapes of human industry. Through this process, she elevates the unwanted into high-end contemporary jewelry that is at once elegant, sculptural, and sustainable.
