Program Description

What types of dialogic questioning strategies do art educators employ to introduce middle and high school students to art concepts? Can this be adapted to other creative forms of making, such as design? Join artist educator Cheri Ehrlich in a roundtable salon to discuss and examine dialogical teaching and learning in the art classroom. Must all lessons about art have predetermined outcomes? Can the process of dialogue be the lesson? What might teachers learn from students?
