Explore the boundaries of function and form with glass artist Nick Leonoff. After discussing Leonoff's work, head into the classroom for a hands-on project led by artist educators using clay to explore themes found in Leonoff's work. Visitors will be encouraged to make bowls, light shades and other forms with the challenge of making them "less functional"by creating extra openings, added appendages, and irregular curves.
