Learn how to make your very own kinetic, fantastical creature puppet with 2024 Artist Studios alum Chenlu Hou! Inspired by Hou’s imaginative depictions of women, animals, and plants, this workshop invites families to bring their imaginations to life. Choose from a variety of head, leg, arm, tail, and body shapes to build a one-of-a-kind creature, then decorate it with intricate details, textures, and bright colors.
Family Studio is a collaborative workshop for children and their caregivers to learn, explore, and create together. Admission for children under 12 is free and children must be attended by a caregiver. Tickets for adults are required and include admission to the Museum. Space is limited.
