Drawing in Space

Join Cathy Rosamond for a special intergenerational workshop to create small sculptures using electric wires. The workshop will start off with an informative and engaging tour in the MAD galleries where participants will look for inspirational artwork to inform their sculptures. Cathy will assist participants based on their ideas and sketches made during the tour to collaboratively figure out how to realize their small sculptures. No experience necessary! Tools and wires of various colors and thickness will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring any electronic items (broken radios, tape recorders, etc.) that they would like to re-purpose and incorporate in their artwork.

Drop in allowed, registration is encouraged, and programs start promptly at 2:00 pm.
