Join us for a conversation between Jess Goldsmith, founder of Women of Type, an online community dedicated to amplifying the work of female and nonbinary typographers, and Woman of Type editor, Artavia Jarvis. Goldsmith and Jarvis will discuss how to build a digital space into an IRL community fostering artists from across the world.
Co-presented with the Museum of Arts and Design, this program is part of AIGA NY’s Fresh Dialogue event series focusing on current events, issues of cultural relevance, and emerging topics in the design world.
