Join us for this unique opportunity to converse with our summer session of artists—Rachel Frank, Mariana Garibay Raeke, Ilana Harris-Babou, Tai Hua Goh, Heidi Lau, Kathleen McDermott, and Christa Pratt—about their studio practice as we bid farewell. The program begins in The Theater at MAD, where brief presentations by the artists will illuminate perspectives that examine critical issues in contemporary craft, art, and design. Following the talk, artists and visitors will continue the conversation in the Artist Studios, located on the sixth floor, during a closing reception that features the work created in the studios.
