Grab your friends and come for an evening of live music, gallery conversations, art making and other hands-on activities.

Explore the possibilities of digital fabrication in Out of Hand: Materializing the Postdigital and discuss your ideas in conversations led by, and for, teens. Get 3D scanned for your new profile pic and then head up to the 7th floor to experience the wild world of performance art, snacks, and dancing. 

Starting at 5:00pm, visit the galleries and chat with MAD's Teen Trustees about their favorite objects from the exhibition. This is a great time get 3D scanned by designers from Shapeways, so come early to beat the line!

At 6:00pm, go behond-the-scenes and visit the Artist Studios. Meet artists Andrew Salamone and Ken Amarit who make work about popular culture, technology, and traditional craft processes. Think video games + a hacked knitting maching. 

Join the party at 7:00pm on the 7th floor- demonstration from online canvas/studio space to.be, sandwiches and snacks, prizes, and performance by teen artist DJ LowEnd. Bring your group or make new friends dancing the night away!
