How has design innovated solutions to specifically address urban issues, and how will it continue to enhance life in New York? From more readable fonts on street signs, reimagined work spaces, and expanded bike lanes to improved educational tools and helping the city’s infrastructure withstand the next super storm, this discussion will explore the intersection of design and public service, demonstrating the social value of good design and innovative design thinking.
