“Who Reads This Stuff?” Writing Design Criticism Today

Up until very recently, print publications have been the predominate media for the formation and dispersal of criticism. However, with the new landscape of online publications and the restructuring of traditional print outlets, criticism has been increasingly labeled an endeavor for niche audiences. Exploring how the changing nature of the printed word has or has not affected design criticism, this roundtable discusses writing design criticism in America today.
